The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning to begin at 12 AM Sunday and continues until 8 PM Monday evening. The Red Flag Warning affects all of our service territory. A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions will occur.
At 12 AM, EPUD will move into Guarded Operating Mode which may involve disabling recloser equipment. This may cause outages to be more likely to occur and take longer to restore.
We will continue to monitor weather conditions closely, and will keep you informed if and the utility moves to the next operating mode.
