Fewer than 400 Emerald People’s Utility District customers remain without power as of 6 pm, March 6.
Currently, there are widespread outages in the following areas:
- Creswell
- Saginaw
- Cottage Grove
There are scattered outages throughout these areas:
- Dexter
- Pleasant Hill
- Jasper
We currently have all crews and multiple contract crews working to restore power.
We are pushing hard to get most customers restored by the weekend, however current weather conditions, such as snow and freezing rain, could alter this estimated time of repair as new issues and outages could occur.
Due to freezing overnight temperatures, we encourage customers to make alternative arrangements while we work to restore power. The Red Cross will have a shelter open in Cottage Grove through 3 pm, Thursday, March 7.
