Greetings Emerald Customer-Owners,
It’s hard to believe, but we’re almost to the end of the year. The cold weather started early this season and it’s a good reminder that storms could be headed our way soon. We’ve made great progress upgrading our system and it can handle a lot more damage than ever before. That said, the reality of living in Oregon (with all of our beautiful trees) is that outages can and do happen. I encourage all customers to have a plan to deal with winter outages, whether that’s maintaining supplies or having a place to go if needed.
