Payment at EPUD’s Office

Our office is closed to the public; however, we offer a convenient public access window at the front of our building where you can pay your bill and speak to a Customer Service Representative. The public access window and our Customer Service team are available Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

To reach our Customer Service team by phone, call 541-746-1583. We also offer online, mobile app, and automated Pay-by-Phone options so you can pay your bill and manage your account anytime, at your convenience.

24-HOUR EMERGENCY OUTAGE SERVICE
Instantly report an outage by logging into your SmartHub account online or with the free SmartHub mobile app, or call 541-746-1583.

Online Payment

Our online account management system, SmartHub, allows you to securely pay your bill 24/7 on your computer or mobile device.  Once logged in, click “Billing & Payments” to view your bill and make an online payment. View our How to Sign Up with Smarthub (PDF).

Pay Now

SmartHub’s Pay Now feature allows you to make a one-time payment with no registration required!

Sign up for AutoPay and your payments will be deducted directly from your bank or credit card account on a monthly basis.

  • Call Emerald People’s Utility District (EPUD) at (541) 746-1583, select Option 1 from the message menu, and follow the self-guided instructions.
  • Call Emerald PUD and press Option 2 to speak with a Customer Service Representative, during business hours.

Dropbox

Drop off your payment after hours using the dropbox on the front of our office. Cash payments are now permitted to be dropped off at this secure site. We also have a public access window that is staffed between 7:30 AM and 5:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. It is located at 33733 Seavey Loop Road, Eugene OR 97405.

Pay Stations

EPUD has several pay stations throughout our District for you to drop off your payment without postage.

Please note: Pay station payments may take more than a week to process. Please do not use a pay station if your bill is overdue.

Effective October 15, 2021, the following Banner Bank pay stations will no longer accept payments for your EPUD account. We are currently working to offer other cash payment solutions throughout our District in the coming months.
