Yesterday, in response to customer concerns about high bills, we announced that our Citizen Advisory Committee on Finance and Rates would convene six months early to analyze the impact of tiered rates and make a recommendation to the Board of Directors.

The meeting has been scheduled as follows:

Time: 5:30 – 8:30 PM
Date: Tuesday, March 20, 2018
Location: EPUD, 33733 Seavey Loop, Eugene 97405

A second committee meeting will be scheduled for Thursday, March 22, if needed.

The Advisory Committee will examine bill impacts for all customer usage levels; review customer feedback relating to tiered rates; and discuss rate structure possibilities before preparing their
recommendation for the Board.

This is a public meeting and customer-owners are encouraged to attend. If you are unable to attend, your feedback can still be heard.

Go to www.epud.org/public-comment/ to submit your comments electronically. Comments will be included in the materials provided to the committee prior to the scheduled meeting. The public comment web page will close at 6 PM, Tuesday, March 13, 2018.
