EPUD General Manager Kyle Roadman gives a progress update on restorations and a reminder about using the utility's new ETR webpage. He also answers a frequently asked question about undergrounding power lines.
Today, crews restored power to 600 customers throughout the District, including areas of:
⚡️COTTAGE GROVE
⚡️CRESWELL
⚡️DEXTER
⚡️JASPER
⚡️JUNCTION CITY
⚡️LORANE
⚡️MARCOLA
⚡️NOTI
⚡️PLEASANT HILL
⚡️SAGINAW
⚡️VENETA
EPUD's crews and mutual aid lineworkers are moving through the District, now focused on repairing tap lines and service lines. They are making great progress despite this part of restorations tending to be more complicated and time-consuming. Tonight, we have approximately 1,300 customers remaining without power. Crews will resume work early tomorrow morning!
Check back with us again in the AM! We'll announce crew locations and restorations, and provide news, photos, videos, and more. To view the current ETR list, visit https://www.epud.org/2024-ice-storm-etrs/
(NOTE: If you do not have power but your neighbor does, there may be another fault on the line needing repair. The crew may need to return to restore remaining homes at a later date.)
For those who are still without power, please know that we are working to restore service to every customer, including you. We know it's difficult to be involved in an extended outage and our crews are pushing to complete the work as quickly and safely as possible. Thank you for your patience as repairs are made. Please stay safe.
