Outage Update: Call in Remaining Downed Lines

Emerald People’s Utility District (EPUD) is redoubling efforts to get to all downed power lines restricting customers from leaving their home, driveway, or roadway. If customers are still dealing with a downed line, we ask that they contact us again at (541) 746-1583, with SmartHub on our website, or with the SmartHub app.

EPUD crews will come out to cut energy to that line but we cannot guarantee we will stay to restore power. Our focus is ensuring customer safety and providing customers with the ability to leave their homes to get supplies.
