At the April 19 meeting, EPUD's Board of Directors approved a change to the utility's Customer Service phone hours. As of Monday, June 6, EPUD’s Customer Service Representatives can be reached by phone during the following hours:
Monday through Thursday
7:30 AM to 5:30 PM
24-Hour Emergency Outage Service
No change was made to our 24-hour emergency outage service. Whether you prefer to report an outage online, with the mobile app, or by phone, your report will reach a live person 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.
