When outside temperatures drop, heating systems and water heaters work harder to maintain your preferred indoor temperature, even if you keep the thermostat set to 70 degrees year round. Small adjustments can help (see our energy-saving tips below), but the biggest savings often come from upgrading to more efficient heating and/or water heating systems.

Our Energy Services Specialists, Brandon and Becky, will assess your home and help you find ways to reduce energy use—without any sales pressure. Their goal is the same as yours: to save energy and lower your monthly electric bills.
During your audit, they'll review the structures and systems that affect your electric bill, and use an infrared camera to detect energy leaks in your home. After identifying any areas of concern, they'll provide recommendations on how to correct them. They'll also tell you about available rebates and loans that can help with the cost if you choose to upgrade.
