Emerald PUD’s budget process began in September and has involved multiple meetings with the utility’s Board, staff, and Citizen Advisory Committee. As always, these meetings have been open to the public and held at Emerald’s headquarters located at 33733 Seavey Loop Road in Eugene.
Currently, Emerald is in the middle of the process, leaving additional opportunities for customer-owners to get involved.
