This month, Emerald kicks off its annual GREEN Grant competition!
Since 2014, the GREEN Grant has helped fund seven new, local renewable energy projects at schools, food pantries, and community centers. Each of these organizations received up to $40,000 to bring their project to fruition.
These projects have helped groups save money on electricity costs, freeing up funds to be used in providing additional community services.
Grant funding comes directly from customers enrolled in GREEN, Emerald’s renewable energy program. GREEN subscribers cast their votes and decide who wins the annual competition.
Win up to $40,000 in Funding for Your Project!
Eligible organizations must have a current Emerald People's Utility District account and must be a non-profit organization, academic institution, or public institution.
