EPUD is hosting a small, in‑person focus group to better understand what matters most to our customers. During this guided discussion, the group will talk about important utility topics like rates, service reliability, outage communications, and ideas that will help shape EPUD’s long‑term strategic plan—many of the same topics covered in our current customer survey.
The focus group will be held in Eugene. The discussion will be facilitated by Pioneer Utility Group, and will include a small group of about 15 participants. Dinner will be provided, and each participant will receive a $50 gift card as a thank‑you at the end of the meeting.

- TIME: Dinner served at 5:30 PM. Discussion begins at 6 PM.
