To get started, go to SmartHub and log into your account. New to SmartHub? You can also register your account but you will need your EPUD account number.
Once you have successfully logged into SmartHub, proceed as follows:
- On the home page, click on the Contact Us tab and select Report an Issue/Inquiry from the drop down menu, or click the Report an Issue/Inquiry button on the top right corner of the screen.
- Next, click on the Other Issues/General Inquiry button in the middle of the page.
- Under Inquiry Type, select TOU ENROLLMENT REQUEST from the drop down menu.
- Provide your phone number and email address and click the SUBMIT button in the bottom right corner of the page.
After your request has been received, one of our customer service team members will contact you with the terms and conditions of the Off Peak Advantage pilot project. Once you have signed the agreement, you will receive an electronic welcome letter with steps on how to receive your free Nest thermostat or energy efficiency kit.
