Before a work order is released to EPUD construction crews, the following items must be completed:
- Any required construction fees paid (cash or check only)
- Required easements completed, signed, and returned
- Required road permits approved (EPUD responsibility)
- Trench inspections completed, if applicable
- Meter base or meter main inspected and approved by the State or City electrical inspector (green tag)
