EPUD is hosting an in‑person focus group to hear from our Citizen Advisory Committee on Finance and Rates. This guided discussion will provide an opportunity to hear directly from committee members about key topics such as electric rates, service reliability, outage communications, and other issues that influence EPUD’s long‑term strategic plan. The focus group will build on our current customer survey and give us deeper insight into customer experiences.
The focus group will be held in Eugene. The discussion will be facilitated by Pioneer Utility Group, and will include only participating citizen advisory committee members. Dinner will be provided, and each participant will receive a $50 gift card as a thank‑you at the end of the meeting.

- TIME: Dinner served at 5:30 PM. Discussion begins at 6 PM.
