Board of Directors

EPUD’s Board of Directors are your elected representatives and they shape our policy. We are a Customer-Owned utility, not operated for the profit of distant shareholders. Public Power means we work for YOU. Our employees and Directors are your neighbors, and they share your concerns.
You can contact any Director if you have questions or suggestions. Beginning January 2020, the Board meets once per month, and the meetings are always open to the public. As an EPUD Customer-Owner, you are also invited to participate in Emerald’s Citizens Advisory Committees. Browse through past minutes or check our calendar for the next Board meeting.
