Bids and Contracts

Emerald PUD works with a variety of vendors to assist with construction, installation and other projects, and to purchase necessary equipment and materials. Emerald People’s Utility District (EPUD) requests qualified companies provide and install to EPUD specifications trenching, conduit, fiberglass sleeves, grounding, mule tape, and acceptable backfill for our project along the Cottage Grove–Lorane Highway also called CG-Lorane Hwy.

Proposals shall be submitted to Cassie Stavros, Purchasing Agent, 33733 Seavey Loop Rd. Eugene, OR 97405 before 2 PM, October 8, 2020. Proposals will not be accepted after this hour and date.

RFP documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Department by calling (541) 744-7419, or emailing Cassie@nullepud.org.

No proposal may be withdrawn after the hour set for the opening thereof until the elapse of sixty (60) days from the date and time set for opening.
