In April, EPUD launched a customer survey seeking your input. We wanted your opinions on how EPUD invests in its electric system. We also asked how we are doing in terms of reliable service, communication during outages, and other important areas. The final results were impressive, both in the number of customers who participated in the survey and in the scores you gave us.
