Emerald PUD’s budget process began in September and involved multiple meetings with the utility’s Board, staff, and Citizen Advisory Committee. As always, these meetings were open to the public and held at Emerald’s headquarters located at 33733 Seavey Loop Road in Eugene.
The budget process is now complete, with the EPUD Board of Directors having approved the utility’s 2025 budget proposal and rate proposal in November. Although the 2025 budget process is now closed, there are opportunities for customer-owners to get involved in future years.
Ways to Get Involved
EPUD customer-owners are encouraged to attend the utility's Board meetings and budget meetings, utilize public comment periods during those meetings, or contact the General Manager or a Board member with any feedback. Contact your EPUD Board member.
As an EPUD customer-owner, you are also invited to participate in EPUD’s Citizens Advisory Committees. Please contact your EPUD Board member for more information about serving on a committee.
