This ETR information will be updated daily, by midday.
The following ETRs have been updated as of 11:30 AM, 1/27/24.
Please note, this is the most current information available; however, the ETR is subject to change based on findings in the field, reprioritization of repairs, or other conditions. The ETRs listed apply to general areas only; they do not apply to service locations that require extensive repair or individual response. Service locations requiring extensive repair or individual response are expected to be restored in the following week.
If your street does not have an estimated time of restoration, our crews are still working to determine a date. This page will be updated to reflect that date once it has been determined.
If you do not see your street listed, please contact our Customer Service team at 541-746-1583.
Restorations will occur throughout the week and are being prioritized to ensure the largest number of customers are re-energized as safely and as quickly as possible. We expect the vast majority of customers that are currently out of power to be restored by Sunday, January 28.
A small number of customers will be without power for a longer period of time due to access issues, extended service lines, or damaged equipment such as the meter base or weatherhead. We will work with these customers directly to ensure they have the resources needed until power can be restored.
These ETRs represent how long it will take to restore the entire street, with the exception of those homes that need extensive repair or individual response. Some homes will be restored sooner than the ETR as our crews work their way down the road.
