Bill Pay Options

E-Bill

Our E-Bill site allows you to log-in and view your EPUD bills and payment history at any time. You can also pay your bill online through the E-bill site, as well as set-up AutoPay.pdf and paperless bill options.

Online Payment

Once you have created an E-bill.pdf account, you can pay your bills online. Once logged in, click "View or Pay Your Bill" to view your bill and make an online payment. Emerald uses secure software to ensure the privacy of your online account transactions.

AutoPay

Want your bill paid, every month, on time, without having to think about it? Sign-up for Autopay.pdf and your payments will be deducted directly from your banking or credit card account on a monthly basis.pdf.

By Phone

We have several options for customer who prefer to pay over the phone with Visa or MasterCard. We do not take Discover or American Express.

Call EPUD at 541-746-1583, select Option 1 from the message menu, and follow the self-guided instructions.
Call EPUD and press option 2 to speak with a Customer Service Representative.

In Person

Customer Service Representatives are available to take payments during business hours, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m Monday through Thursday. We are closed Friday through Sunday. Our office is located at 33733 Seavey Loop Road in Eugene.

EPUD has numerous pay stations throughout our district to drop off your payment without postage. **PLEASE NOTE: Pay stations payments may take more than a week to process. Please DO NOT use a pay station if your bill is overdue.
