Sign up today for paperless billing and save MONEY, TREES and TIME. Once enrolled you can view your bill, make payments,
and manage your account all online with no paper or postage. Instead of
receiving a paper bill each month, you will receive an email with links
to view and pay your bill online. You will continue to receive our
monthly PowerLines newsletter in electronic format.
How to Sign Up
- If you are not currently signed up for online account access on our E-Bill site: visit our E-Bill new account sign-up site HERE. Fill in your details and check the "Discontinue Mailing my Printed Statements" check box.
- If you are already signed up on our E-Bill site, log on to your account, click "View My Bill", click "Stop/Start/Print Bill", then uncheck the "Send Me a Statement by Mail" selection for each account you would like to go paperless with. Click "Update."
- You can also call us at 541-746-1583 or e-mail to customerservice@epud.org stating you are interested in going paperless.
