Board of Directors

EPUD's Board of Directors are your elected representatives and they shape our policy. We are a consumer-owned utility, not operated for the profit of distant shareholders. Public Power means we work for YOU.

Our employees and Directors are your neighbors, and they share your concerns. You can contact any Director if you have questions or suggestions. The Board meets three times a month, and these meetings are always open to the public. As an EPUD customer, you are also invited to participate in Emerald's Citizen's Advisory Committees. Browse through past minutes or check our calendar for the next Board meeting. Here's the Board Policy Manual (PDF) and the Customer Service Policies and Procedures (PDF).

Emerald's Board Makes Decisions With YOUR Help!
One of the great things about public power is YOUR involvement in it. At Emerald, we invite Customer-Owners to serve on Citizens Advisory Committees (CACs). These committees advise the Board when key decisions need to be made. Click here for more information.
