2011 Customer Survey Results
In March of 2011, EPUD conducted a survey to measure overall customer service and customer satisfaction with EPUD. In total, 400 households and businesses were randomly surveyed which provides a 95% accuracy rate across all EPUD customers. For full results, see the Related Documents box for this page.
